How long is the tour?
Most Zakopane tours last approximately 10-12 hours door-to-door, depending on traffic, weather conditions and the specific itinerary.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Yes. We provide pick-up and drop-off from central Krakow hotels and apartments. Exact pick-up details are sent before the tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the tour start time and receive a full refund.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear are recommended. Even during summer, mountain weather can change quickly, so bringing a light jacket is always a good idea.
Do the tours run in bad weather?
Yes. The tours operate year-round. Some activities may be adjusted due to weather or safety reasons, but the experience will still go ahead whenever possible.
Are thermal baths included?
This depends on the tour you choose. If thermal baths are included, admission tickets are covered in the tour price and details will be clearly listed in the inclusions section.
Are food and drinks included?
Regional cheese tasting is included on selected tours. Lunch is generally not included, giving you the freedom to choose from Zakopane’s many restaurants and traditional mountain eateries.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Most of our Zakopane tours are family-friendly. However, certain activities such as quad biking, snowmobiles or shooting ranges may have age restrictions.
