We're Piotr & Feliks — we live here.
Piotr grew up in Krakow, spent 18 years in England, and came back. Feliks is from London and has called Poland home for seven years. As founders of Zakopane Unlocked, we built this company on one idea: that the best trips to the Tatra Mountains come from people who actually know the place.
We know what we're selling.
Every Zakopane tour we offer is one we’ve done ourselves. We test our routes, our suppliers, and our guides regularly — not to tick a box, but because we genuinely care whether your day in the mountains is good. If something isn’t up to scratch, we don’t sell it.
We're here when you need us.
We’re not a call centre, a booking platform, or an algorithm. We’re two people based in Krakow who pick up the phone. If something changes on the day, if you need advice before you book, or if you just want to know which thermal pool is worth the trip to Zakopane — you’re talking to someone who was probably there last week.
